Red Wine

• Grapes: Sangiovese and Merlot
• Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26-27°C and maceration for 14 days
• Aging: in stainless steel tanks
• Alcohol content: 12.5 – 13.5% Vol.
• Tasting notes: young and lively wine with a ruby color. Drinkable and pleasantly soft.

White Wine

• Grapes: Chardonnay and Trebbiano
• Vinification: in vats. Cryomaceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20°-22° C
• Aging: in stainless steel tanks
• Alcohol content: 12.5 – 13% Vol.
• Tasting notes: straw yellow color with great brightness, aromas of white flowers, fresh and lively flavor.
