Description
Obtained by controlled fermentation of red grape musts after very limited contact with the grape skins.
Grape varieties: Syrah and Ciliegiolo.
Vinification: short maceration (24-48 hours) and “white” fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.
Maturation: in stainless steel vats, then in bottles.
Alcohol content: 12.5 – 13.5% Vol.
Tasting notes: pleasant, fresh, and easy to drink wine.
